Aromatherapy Swedish massage

Using essential oils, systematic and manual manipulation of soft body tissues, helps to promote health and well being.

Deep tissue massage

A stress relieving massage soothes and releases aches and pains promoting lymph drainage and circulation activation.

La stone therapy

Using hot/cold stones to help nerve stimulation and relieve muscular tightness, a deeply relaxing massage relieving tension. (We require 4 hours notice to prepare your hot stone massage)

Indian head massage

Muscle of the head, neck and shoulder are worked upon, helps to relieves muscular tension, physical and emotional stress, eye strain and headaches, promotes healthy hair growth.

Reflexology

A unique technique applied to the reflex areas of the feet by the thumbs and the fingers. Promotes homeostasis by unblocking stagnate energy.

Spa Body Treatment

A revitalizing & energising body treatment which includes exfoliation action to remove dull skin cells followed by a specialized aromatherapy and pressure point massage. A customised mud or gel pack is applied from neck to toe to hydrate and detoxify skin whilst we perform a deep relaxing acupressure scalp massage. The mind and body feels relaxed, regenerated and renewed.

Exfoliating body scrub

Smoothes away dull surface and debris, restores vital nutrients to tired skin, aromatherapy oils are used to help polish the skin, relax stressed muscles and soothes the senses, leaves the skin feeling smooth and revitalised.

Body therapy hydro pack

An ultra soothing and hydrating treatment personalised with aromatherapy oils. A natural, aloe base is applied to the body and then covered in a thermo wrap to infuse the skin with moisture. Ideal for sun exposed skin.

Enzymatic sea mud pack

A detoxifying, exfoliating treatment that nourishes your body with a purifying seaweed and mineral mud poultice sealed in a warm, relaxing wrap infused with aromatic botanical extracts and fruit enzymes, leaving your skin smooth and supple.

Purifying back treatment

A super – smoothing treatment designed to rid your muscles of stress and your skin of impurities, a deep – cleansing scrub followed by aromatherapy massage.
